On the hunt for a new striker in January, Juventus are preparing a tempting £20m bid for Arsenal’s Robin Van Persie, according to reports in the Daily Star Sunday.
Van Persie, 27, has spent the past three seasons struggling with injuries and Arsene Wenger may feel he can get more ‘bang for his buck’ if the correct fee is matched.
The Turin-based club are also reportedly considering using long-term Arsenal target, Felipe Melo, as part of the exchange for the Dutchman.
