Chelsea may switch their attentions from Porto attacker Hulk to Fiorentina playmaker Stevan Jovetic, according to the Daily Mail.

It is reported that negotiations have stalled on a possible deal for Brazilian international Hulk and that Chelsea are now considering a £20m swoop for Jovetic who is one of the most highly-rated talents in Serie A.

The Montenegrin international first came to the attention of English scouts when he netted a double against Liverpool in the 2009/10 Champions League and Chelsea could well have been keeping tabs on the 22-year-old ever since.

The Blues have already confirmed deals for Marko Marin and Eden Hazard while the Daily Mail also claims that Chelsea may be preparing a bid for Newcastle United’s Hatem Ben Arfa.

Jovetic scored 14 times from 27 matches in Serie A for Fiorentina last season.
