Manchester City star linked to AC Milan switch

Italian giants AC Milan are rumoured to have revived their interest in Carlos Tevez.

Reports from TalkSport suggest that the Manchester City forward is once again attracting the attention of the Serie A club who are believed to be lining up a swoop before the start of the new season.

The 27-year-old was persistently linked with a switch to the Italians during last season following his bust up with boss Roberto Mancini in a Champions League match against Bayern Munich.

Eventually, the ex-Manchester United front-man apologised and was welcomed back into the club’s first-team plans for the end of the season, contributing to the Premier League trophy ending up at the Etihad Stadium.

Despite this, the striker’s future remains unclear and he could be tempted by a big money switch to Milan with his family remaining unsettled in the area.

It may take a large fee to tempt City to part with Tevez but Milan are rumoured to be willing to spend as they look to usher a new generation of talent into the San Siro.
