Ligue 1 News… Arsenal target joins Rennes
The 23-year-old, who was linked with a possible move to Arsenal last season, has signed a four-and-a-half year deal with the Brittany club and it is hoped that he will replace striker Asamoah Gyan who left in the summer.
Lens currently sit second in the table, just a point behind leaders Lille.
Boukari said on his move, “I am very happy to have signed for Rennes. I had made up my mind a long time ago.”
“A lot of good players have played here in the past, I really hope I’m going to grow here… This year, the team is still strong and plays good football. I can bring my skills and quickly adapt to their system.”
