Newcastle have sent Hungarian midfielder Tamas Kadar to League One side Huddersfield Town on a month’s loan.

Manager Alan Pardew said: “This is a good chance for him to go out on loan and get some games under his belt. Huddersfield are a good club who are chasing promotion and he will be better off experiencing football in a very tough division.”

Terriers boss and former Toon star, Lee Clark, is delighted to have snapped up the 20-year-old, if only for a short spell: “”I was still at Newcastle when he signed as a youngster and I worked with him there, so we know what we are getting.”

“He comes here having played in the Premiership and he is an international footballer, having gained his first cap for Hungary at just 20 years of age,” Clark told the club’s official website.
