Arsenal boss ready to ditch England international?

The Daily Mail are reporting that Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is considering selling winger Theo Walcott at the end of the season.
The former Southampton starlet has flattered to deceive for much of the season and Wenger is believed to be growing impatient with Walcott’s consistent poor run of form.
Walcott was hauled off at half-time in Arsenal’s 4-0 humiliation at the hands of AC Milan in midweek and ex-player Emmanuel Petit has even commented on the England international’s lack of development at the Emirates.
Quoted in the Daily Mail, Petit said: “Certain young players haven’t done enough to justify the confidence that Arsene has in them.
“Walcott — somehow he’s going to have to reach the next stage. It’s been years that he’s been at the same level.”
The 22-year-old signed for Arsenal for £9m in 2006 from Southampton and has a contract until 2013.

If it’s true that Wenger is considering a summer clear out then he needs to get shot of Walcott, Denilson, Almunia, Chamakh,Djourou, Squillaci, Abu Diaby and Mannone plus any others that don’t perform week in week out. But also he needs to replace them with good decent players who won’t fall at hurdles that are placed in front of them. We need to get good attacking players and decent defenders should have got Samba back last year, but I think this is all a smoke screen to cover up Wenger’s inability to motivate the players anymore.

Walcott has failed to improve on his game, won’t be suprised if he is sold in the summer. He has let many supporters down which include Arsene wenger and I.

If he’s talking about a clear sells yes he may b right but he should not include walcot, other should go xpecially arsharvin.again before he consider that,he should also considering bringing in some decent players.walcot should stay

no mate dont agree with you, walcott should be the first out of the door, always playing with ten men when he starts and with nine when arshavin starts too
