Should Liverpool follow Sir Alex’s advice and sell Luis Suarez?

The future of Liverpool forward Luis Suarez came under severe scrutiny on Saturday afternoon when Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson branded the 25-year-old a “disgrace” and claimed that the Anfield club should sell their star asset.
The Uruguayan international had previously refused to shake the hand of Manchester United captain Patrice Evra before the encounter between the two fierce rivals. The incident sparked a number of clashes throughout the rest of the game and resulted in Evra over-elaborating his celebration at the end of the match in front of Liverpool players, including Suarez.
Suarez, Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish and managing director Ian Ayre have since issued apologies about the club’s handling of the situation.
However, that hasn’t stopped reports from the press, including a story from the Mirror, claiming that Liverpool could now be ready to sell Suarez in the next transfer window.
Suarez has been a revelation on the pitch for Liverpool since signing from Ajax in January 2011 but should the Reds sell the forward after his misconduct prior to the weekend’s game at Old Trafford?

I don’t think Liverpool should sell Luis Suarez. Suarez needs to be properly managed by Kenny thats all . Suarez is still feeling that he is not a racist. There were many players who have done more than Suarez. Man United had Cantona who kicked a fan. They had Rooney who also said something bad live . Ferguson only wants Liverpool to lose one of their best striker. I think Liverpool should handle the matter internally and should not allow this saga to continue or others to decide for them.

Definitely not. Fergie was bang out of order interfering in lfc business period. MUFC did not sell Cantona when he disgraced his club by physically assaulting a paying customer – in my view a worse crime than what luis suarez is being crucified for at present.

Fergie is a hypocrite and has no right to tell other clubs what to do. He thinks he can do anything and get anything he wants just cause he’s manager of Man U, if it was any other manager in the league then everyone would hate them and their reputation would go down the drain.
He has ignored way worse stuff from Man U, all Suarez did was miss Evra’s handshake, and can you blame him? Suarez probably hates the guy for accusing him of racism (true or not). I mean, look at what evra did at the end of the match, that’s was ten times worse than what Suarez did.

I am sure Fergie had the best interest of LFC at heart when he said so. Oh yeah did i mention that he once told the whole world that he hope LFC would be relegated and aim (and did) to knock us off our perch?
