Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers is confident striker Luis Suarez will stay with the club, despite reported interest from Italian champions Juventus.
According to the Daily Mail, should the Turin side get any indication that the Uruguayan is unhappy on Merseyside they will make an immediate move.
However, Reds boss Brendan Rodgers is adamant that the Suarez is keen to be a part of his new Anfield regime, with the club wanting to tie him down to a new deal soon.
Speaking to TalkSPORT, Rodgers said: “’I've had a brilliant chat with Luis. He’s really looking forward to being here and we are obviously hoping that we can get him on to another new contract.
Meanwhile the Red’s boss is keen to add around 3 or 4 quality players to his squad but expects a much larger number of players to be linked with summer switches to Anfield.
“I read every day players that are linked with here and unfortunately, especially for the supporters, it’s a difficult time because you’ve got agents linking players with Liverpool just purely because it’s great for them to be linked with such an institution of a club.”
