The Independent are reporting that Chelsea have entered the race to sign Everton’s highly rated England left back, Leighton Baines.
Baines could be bought in as replacement for out of contract left back Ashley Cole in the summer.
Baines, who is also attracting the interest of Manchester United and PSG who is valued around £8 million by Everton and considered one the Premier League’s best left backs.
United were said to be close to signing the left back in the summer but refused to match Everton’s £15 million valuation, with Baines having established himself this season as one the league’s prominent left back’s it is likely a club will match the valuation of Everton.
