Arsenal legend will not return to England

Rumours that Thierry Henry could return to England with a loan-move to optimistic Leicester City have been rubbished after Foxes manager Sven-Goran Eriksson denied any interest.
The former England manager has stated that there is no truth in the rumours, although he did admit to contacting New York Red Bulls for available players.
Henry, who joined the MLS outfit last summer after seeing out the final years of his Barcelona contract, was thought to be available on a short-term deal during the league’s close-season, similar to David Beckham.
However, Eriksson confirmed after his side’s 4-2 loss to Manchester City at Eastlands last night that he hasn’t shown any interest in the Frenchman.
“It is not true I made an enquiry about him,” he said.
“Sometimes you get these rumours and there is a little bit of truth. This time, no.
“I asked the manager of New York Red Bulls – Hans Bakke – before Christmas if he had some good players he wanted to give me on loan for two months. He said no. That was it. I have not spoken to Thierry or his agent.”
