[Video] Alexis Sánchez Discusses Arsenal Future Post-FA Cup Final

Alexis Sánchez proved to be a key man in Arsenal’s 2-1 upset win over Chelsea in yesterday’s FA Cup final at Wembley.

The Chilean scored a controversial opener in a man of the match performance before Aaron Ramsey nodded home a late winner either side of Diego Costa’s equaliser for the Premier League champions.

Joined by teammate Per Mertesacker for a post-match interview with the BBC, Sánchez was posed the question whether he will extend his contract at the Emirates.

The-former Barcelona forward is heading into the final 12 months of his current deal in North London with rumours strongly suggesting he won’t renew and that Arsenal will be forced to cash in on their superstar.  Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea are all believed to be keen to sign the 28-year-old.

Alexis Sánchez said in his post-match interview:

“I don’t know my friend, finished now, so happy for the win and the FA Cup, happy for the players, now I don’t know.

“My agent speaking after… I don’t know. Now, it’s the Confederations [Cup], now it’s focusing on the national team.”

Chile kick off their Confederations Cup campaign on 18 June against Cameroon.  They will also face Germany and Australia in Russia.
