Chelsea youngster Gael Kakuta is thought to be undergoing a medical at Fulham to complete a loan move until the end of the season.
The 19-year-old has only made four starts for the Blues as he finds himself behind fellow youngster Daniel Sturridge in the pecking order.
With manager Carlo Ancelotti keen for Kakuta to gain some Premier Legaue experience, it is thought that he has placed him and a number of other Chelsea youngsters on the loan market.
Full-back Patrick Van Aanholt is another player on his way out of Stamford Bridge, with a switch to Leicester to be completed by the end of the week.
