Racing Genk striker Jelle Vossen is stirring up interest from Premier League sides Aston Villa and Everton, The Times has reported.
Both clubs have reportedly inquired on the availability of the 21-year-old earlier this week and a £4m bid is rumoured to be enough to capture the Belgium star.
