Liverpool contemplating shock loan move for left-back
Liverpool are contemplating a loan move for Manchester City outcast Wayne Bridge, according to Fanatix.
The Reds are in desperate need of a left-back and have been linked to Newcastle United’s Jose Enrique but could be priced out of a potential transfer.
This could lead Liverpool into considering a loan switch for Bridge who is finding himself out-of-favour at Manchester City with Alexander Kolarov and Gael Clichy vying for a place in Roberto Mancini’s starting XI.
A deal for Bridge, 31, would be surprising considering Liverpool owner John W Henry’s policy of bringing in young players.

This would be a real coup for manchester City.
Not only would they be reducing their wage bill, they will be directly weakening a rival team (Liverpool).
Please, take Glen Quagmire off our hands. His final pass success rate must be about 5%. Even if he just shut his eyes and booted it, it should be about 40%.

A loan deal, that’s what liverpool wants. I don’t see anything wrong with that since they are desperate for a left-back

Nobody is that desperate, we have a number of plpayers who can cover there till we can get the right person in, the only people who are desperate are the media, desperate for a story.
We’re back to doing things the LFC way and we will know whats happening when the club decide to tell us

Retain Insua so that he has more play and in a jiffy he’ll improve.

Emiliano Insua…
Everyone’s forgotten about him, even the offical Premier League’s fantasy league! He’s a decent player and far better than anyone else Liverpool have. This is coming from a City fan. He’s still only 22 and made his Argentina debut two years ago. It doesn’t make sense to me why he played 31 PL games in 2009-10 and then was loaned out the next season, he should be regarded as an important player even if he doesn’t start every week. If Liverpool want to chellenge for anything at all they need to get some depth in their squad so if they sell/loan Insua again this year they are fools.
