Big spending Paris Saint-Germain are set to tempt Real Madrid with big money moves for Cristiano Ronaldo and manager Jose Mourinho, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.

The French outfit are preparing a 100m Euro bid for the Portuguese winger and are believed to be willing pay whatever it takes to bring Mourinho to the club in a managerial role.

Reports claim that discussions between the two teams have begun, as the duo’s agent Jorge Mendes negotiates with Florentino Perez and Tamim Bin Hamed Al Thani, who owns PSG.

The Parc des Princes club are reportedly willing gazump Ronaldo’s wages and put him on a par with the likes of Samuel Eto’o, who is currently the highest paid footballer in the world.

If the player agrees a deal then it’s likely ‘The Special One’ will follow him to Paris to replace current boss Carlo Ancelotti.

PSG made global headline during the summer as they completed big money deals for Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Thiago Silva and Ezequiel Lavezzi.
